International Childhood Cancer Day (February 15) is a global campaign to raise awareness about childhood cancer. The mission is to develop more equitable and better access to treatment and care for all children with cancer.
Retinoblastoma is the most common childhood cancer in Indonesia. It is one of our main concern for 2015 and ANYO Foundation is campaigning for 1,000 ophthalmoscope for 1,000 Puskesmas in Indonesia. When diagnosed early enough and treated with the appropriate protocols, the impact of retinoblastoma can be minimised - it's curable! However, only few children benefit for advanced medical care here.
Join us in ANYO Gold Ribbon Charity Run 2015 that will be held on March 15, 2015 in Jakarta, Indonesia. For more information about this charity 5K run, please visit this website [link].
Register and you'll save more young lives! See you!
