It's Just A Bad Day, Not A Bad Life

On your worst day, every lie you've ever heard becomes a reality. That day you have disappointed everybody. That day where you feel unloved, insignificant, and unworthy. That day you feel guilty about what you did but you cannot stop sinning. That day where the opinions of others is the only thing you hear.

On your worst day, your world becomes small. It's like being captured in a snow globe that gets shaken violently and just as it seems to settle you are shaken again. You basically have no energy whatsoever and spend the majority of the day in pain.

On your worst day, you try to put your sadness out of your mind and put one foot in front of the other. You try to take a deep breath and get through as much as you can - working, going to dinner with friends, watching TV. You know you don't want these feelings to bleed into your whole life, so you try to keep them bottled up as much as possible... because you know it's just a bad day, not a bad life.
